The United States and Iran held a three-hour meeting on the sidelines of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly in New York, it was announced by US President Donald Trump, APA reports.
"Yes, today about an hour ago. <...> It went very well. The meeting lasted three hours," he noted, answering journalists' questions.
He argued that Iran has two possible futures. "One is total destruction, while the alternative is potential greatness. It could be a great country," the head of state believes.
