Vienna – APA. “There will be no changes to an offer of the International Atomic Energy Agency to end the dispute over Iran’s nuclear program by having its low-grade uranium processed and enriched abroad”, said U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, APA reports. She said it is time for Iran to accept the U.N-backed nuclear fuel deal. The United States, Russia, France and Iran negotiated this issue in Vienna on October 21 and there was an agreement to enrich uranium abroad for use of atomic energy by Iran. Moscow, Washington and Paris welcomed the IAEA offer. According to the IAEA plans, the uranium will be enriched in Russia and then sent to France to produce fuel for Iran’s research reactor.
