Obama refused an honorary doctoral degree.

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA. Arizona State University (ASU) rejected U.S. President Barack Obama in an honorary doctoral degree, which according to tradition, political figures, serving in American high schools, APA reports quoting AFP on 11 April.
