Baku-APA. Egyptian civil al-Wafd Party Chairman Sayyed al-Badawi said Tuesday night that the opposition coalition "National Salvation Front" would join in the upcoming parliamentary elections within one united list in all electoral precincts, APA reportq quoting official MENA news agency.

Badawi said the Front, which includes his party, has formed a coordinated commission to unite efforts for the participation in the upcoming parliamentary elections, which is scheduled to be held two months after the constitution is passed.

Some Egyptian analysts deem that the opposition bloc is not likely to urge nationwide protests later on against the constitution approved Tuesday by the referendum, but to focus on securing their seats in the parliamentary elections after the constitution is passed.

For his part, Egyptian Prime Minister Hisham Qandil congratulated the Egyptian people on the approval of the country's new constitution, which has been officially announced by the Supreme Elections Commission earlier on Tuesday.

Egyptian Supreme Elections Commission chief, Samir Ahmed Aboul- Maaty, announced on Tuesday evening that the newly-written draft constitution was approved by 63.8 percent of votes in referendum.

Qandil said that "the true winner is the Egyptian people and there is no loser in the referendum."

He confirmed that the new constitution will be for the interest of all Egyptians, which will ensure people's rights and freedom and form the foundation to build a democratic society.

The prime minister also called on all political forces to cooperate with the government to complete the establishment of elected institutions according to the new constitution.
