Baku. Malahat Najafova – APA. Uruguay has always prevented racism, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay Gerardo Amarilla made the remarks Sep.29 at the plenary session within the 5th Baku International Humanitarian Forum.

He said it is very important to respect the opinions of people. “Uruguay has always prevented racism. The Christianity teaches us to love even our enemy and help those opposing us. Having a will and intention, everyone can change. We can’t change international arena without changing ourselves,” he added.
