A “Red notice” will be issued for people who have committed acts of corruption in member states of the Economic Cooperation Organization.
Azerbaijan’s Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov said that this is according to the Baku Declaration on Anti-Corruption Cooperation between ECO member states signed after the 3rd meeting of heads of anti-corruption organizations and ombudsmen of ECO countries, APA reported.
Garalov noted that the “Red notice” will be prepared in line with international rules.
“A state must have a relevant document to issue international arrest warrant for someone,” he said.
