The Pardon Issues Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan held next meeting today, ONA reports.
At the meeting, more than 100 appeals were considered, most of them were given positive conclusions.
About 400 appeals have been reviewed at the meetings that held to date.
It should be noted that the Commission received a total of about 1,000 appeals. After all meetings, the list of persons to be pardoned will be submitted to the president.
Recall, a pardon of prisoners is expected on the eve of the holiday of Novruz.
