The total area of the 12-building residential complex in Zangilan is nearly 2 hectares, APA’s local correspondent reports.
The information was shared with participants of a media tour organized to the city.
It was noted that 104 apartments have been built within the complex.
Among the buildings, 8 are two-story and 4 are three-story. The interior finishing works of the buildings have already been completed.
Additionally, it was reported that modern architectural approaches were used in the construction of the buildings. Children’s and sports playgrounds have been installed in the area. The neighborhood includes 6 above-ground and underground parking lots. There is also a charging station for electric vehicles. Underground water reservoirs have been built, and a transformer has been installed within the residential complex. The complex is located in the central part of the city, close to a school, kindergarten, and park, in a medium-density, multifunctional zone.
