The remains of martyr Mubariz Agahuseyn Shahmurov, who went missing during the First Karabakh War, have been handed over to his family, APA reports.
Today, a farewell ceremony for the martyr was held at his home on Ataturk Avenue in the Narimanov district of Baku, where his family resides.
After the farewell ceremony, the martyr’s remains were buried at the Martyrs’ Alley in the Keshla settlement of the Nizami district.
Note that Mubariz Shahmurov was born in 1963 in the village of Navdan, Sabirabad district. He went missing in Khojaly on February 26, 1992.
