Another relocation to Khojaly district took place on May 26, the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in Khankendi city, Aghdara and Khojaly districts told APA.
A total of 9 families consisting of 29 people returned to 5 villages of the district today.
The relocated residents were presented with the keys to their new homes. Within the framework of the relocation process, 9 people from 2 families were relocated to Khanabad village, 4 people from 2 families to Badara village, 1 person from 1 family to Ballija village, 3 people from 1 family to Tazabina village, and 12 people from 3 families to Khanyurdu village. The residents settled in fully restored homes equipped with modern infrastructure. The relocated families expressed satisfaction with the conditions created by the state and stated that they were happy to return to their native lands.
Note that within the framework of the “Great Return” program implemented in the territories liberated from occupation, the phased relocation of the population to their native lands continues.
