Another relocation has been carried out to Khanabad village of Khojaly district, the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in Khankendi city, as well as Aghdara and Khojaly districts told APA’s Karabakh bureau.
According to the information, 12 families comprising 89 people returned to Khanabad village at this stage.
Deputy Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Khankendi city, Aghdara and Khojaly districts, Sabuhi Gahramanov, who presented the keys to new homes to residents in Khanabad village, congratulated them and wished them a happy and prosperous life in their native lands. He noted that the phased relocation process to the liberated territories is continuing successfully.
Large-scale restoration and reconstruction works are being carried out in the liberated territories, modern infrastructure is being created, and all necessary conditions are being ensured for the comfortable and safe living of the population.

At this stage, 46 families (177 people) were relocated to Khojavand city, while 19 families (89 people) were relocated to Khanabad village.
The relocated families had been temporarily settled in various parts of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.

In accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the Great Return to the territories liberated from occupation is continuing, APA reports.
Another resettlement convoy has been dispatched to the city of Khojavend and the village of Khanabad in the Khojaly district.
Those being resettled are families who had been temporarily accommodated in various parts of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.
At this stage, 46 families (177 people) have been relocated to the city of Khojavend, while 19 families (89 people) have been resettled in the village of Khanabad.
The returning residents expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive state care they have received.
They also conveyed their appreciation to the valiant Azerbaijani Army, as well as to the heroic soldiers and officers who liberated the country’s territories from occupation, and offered prayers for the souls of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in this cause.
