"Monitoring is carried out in the liberated territories from the occupation, at least partially. Condition of the forests are studied there," said the head of the Department of Forestry Development Service Vahid Farzaliyev, APA reports.
He noted that they will be able to monitor the condition of rare plants only after the areas are completely cleared of mines: "As areas are liberated of mines, monitoring of rare plants will be conducted and results of the assessment will be made public".
