Commemorative events were held in the city of Khankendi, Khojaly and Aghdara districts on the occasion of the 36th anniversary of the January 20 tragedy, Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in the city of Khankendi, Aghdara and Khojaly districts told APA's Karabakh bureau.
At 12:00, as in the entire territory of Azerbaijan, a minute of silence was observed in Khankendi, Khojaly and Aghdara to commemorate the martyrs of January 20.
Traffic and pedestrian traffic were stopped in the city.
Our martyrs were commemorated with the sound of car horns.
Flags were lowered to half-mast.
