The draft law "On State Services" was put up for discussion at today's session of the Milli Majlis, APA reports.
The draft law determines the organizational, legal and economic foundations of activity in the field of state services, and will also regulate relations in the field of providing state services.
The draft introduces concepts of state service, place of provision of state services, single service center, and legislation on the design of state services.
According to the draft, it is envisaged to create an Electronic Registry of State Services. The Electronic Registry of State Services is a unified information system reflecting information on state services. In addition, the draft specifically defines the circle of service users, their rights and obligations.
An important point reflected in the draft is that a mechanism for monitoring the quality of state services is being determined. The "ASAN service index" evaluation mechanism will be further improved and considered one of the bases for monitoring the quality of state services after the evaluation.
The draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
