Azerbaijan sends another resettlement convoy to Oratagh village of Aghdara

On April 14, the next relocation was carried out within the framework of the “Great Return” Program, the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in the Khankendi city and the districts of Aghdara and Khojaly told APA’s Karabakh bureau.

Today, 9 families consisting of 56 people were resettled in the village of Ashagi Oratag of the Aghdara district. Former internally displaced persons who returned to their native lands expressed their gratitude for the modern living conditions created for them.

Note that, as in other territories liberated from occupation, large-scale restoration and reconstruction works are ongoing in Aghdara. Individual residential houses are being thoroughly restored, new social facilities are being built, educational and healthcare institutions are being reconstructed, and modern communal infrastructure is being created in the villages. The complete renewal of social infrastructure serves to ensure comfortable, safe, and decent living conditions for residents. At the same time, the employment issues of citizens returning to their native lands are also kept in focus, and appropriate measures are being taken to provide jobs for families in need in both the public and private sectors.
