The embassy of Hungary in Azerbaijan hosted an event dedicated to the National Day of Hungary, APA reports citing the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
Hungarian Ambassador Tamas Torma informed about the National Day of his country and its development path. Noting that this year marks the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Hungary and Azerbaijan, the ambassador said that relations between the two countries are constantly expanding.
Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, Co-Chairman of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Governments of Azerbaijan and Hungary Sahil Babayev, expressed congratulations on the National Day of Hungary.
He said that strategic partnership relations between Azerbaijan and Hungary are developing, and 50 cooperation documents were signed between the two countries in the past period. Our countries support each other bilaterally and within the framework of international organizations. Today, there are political, economic, energy, transport, agriculture, education, etc., between Azerbaijan and Hungary. there are active cooperative relations in the fields.
