188 houses built in Zangilan’s Mammadbayli village -PHOTO

The total area of the newly built Mammadbayli village in the Zangilan district is 51.6 hectares, APA reports.

This was announced during a media tour organized to the village.

Qeyd olunub ki, kənddə 188 fərdi ev inşa edilib ki, onlardan 39-u iki, 55-i üç, 55-i dörd və 39-u beşotaqlıdır. Hər bir ev üçün həyətyanı ərazi nəzərə alınaraq hasarlanıb. Evlərdə Günəş panelləri quraşdırılıb, onlar su, işıq, qaz, yüksəksürətli internet şəbəkəsi ilə təmin olunub.

It was noted that 188 individual houses have been built in the village, 39 of which have two rooms, 55 have three rooms, 55 have four rooms, and 39 have five rooms. Each house has a fenced yard. The houses are equipped with solar panels and are provided with water, electricity, gas, and high-speed internet.

The internal roads of the village have been asphalted. Two multifunctional non-residential buildings have also been constructed. Decorative paintings have been applied to administrative buildings as well as on passages and retaining walls, adding aesthetic value to the overall appearance of the village.

Since Mammadbayli village is located very close to Aghali village, a connecting passage has been built between them to ensure economic efficiency. This connection allows convenient access to the Aghali village secondary school for 360 students, a kindergarten for 60 children, a family health center, household service facilities, a service center, a pharmacy, a market complex, and other non-residential facilities.

Recall that on October 28, President Ilham Aliyev inspected the progress of the second phase of the Aghali village and attended the opening of Mammadbayli village in the Zangilan district.
