New buildings of two jails of Justice Ministry Penitentiary Service opened in Nakhchivan

Nakhchivan. J. Gurbanoglu – APA. New buildings of jail #8 and 21 of Justice Ministry Penitentiary Service of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic have been opened. APA’s local bureau reports that three-storey buildings were constructed basing on the international practice.
One part of the jail #8 is destined for prisoners, the other part for the personnel. There are 108 beds, meeting rooms, club-library, 50-seat meeting hall, medical unit and other rooms in the jail.
Jail #21 has similar design. Conditions have been created for prisoners and personnel. There are working rooms, library and other rooms there.
