Temperature to be above normal in Azerbaijan in April

Baku. Ilhama Isabalayeva-APA. The average monthly temperature is expected to be above normal and monthly rainfall will range within the climate norms in Azerbaijan in April, Deputy Director of National Hydrometeorological Department of Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry Umayra Tagiyeva told APA. The rainfall will be lower the norms in lowland regions and above normal in the mountainous areas. The strong northern wind will be frequently replaced with the southern wind within the first ten days of April.

The average monthly temperature was expected to be +13â€¦+15 C in Baku and Absheron and this is 2-3 degrees above normal. The temperature will rise by +16â€¦+18 C in the second half of the month. It will be +8â€¦+13 C at nights. The temperature is forecasted to be +17â€¦+22 C in daytimes and sometimes 2+27â€¦+31 C. Monthly precipitation amount is expected to be close normal (22-33mm).

The average monthly temperature is predicted to be +14â€¦+16 C in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in the first half of the month, and this is 2-3 degrees above normal. The temperature will rise by +18â€¦20 C in the second half of the month. The temperature will be +6â€¦+10 C at nights and +12â€¦+15 C in the third ten-day. +19â€¦+23 C will be recorded in daytimes and the temperature will rise by +27â€¦+32 C sometimes. Monthly precipitation amount is expected to be close normal (norm 34-59mm).

The average monthly temperature is forecasted to be +9â€¦+11 C in Upper Karabakh-Khankendi, Kalbajar, Khojavend, Zenglian, Gubadli, Shusha, Khojaly, Lachin, Dashkesen-Gedebey and this is 2-3 degrees above normal. The temperature will rise by +13â€¦+15 C in the second half of the month. Weather temperature will be +2â€¦+6 C at nights and +7â€¦+10 C in the third ten-day. It will be +12â€¦+17 C in daytime and will rise by +22â€¦+27 C sometimes. Monthly rainfall will be nearly climate norms (54-83mm).

+13â€¦+16 C average monthly temperature is forecasted in Gazakh-Ganja, Tartar, Aghdam-Fuzuli-Jabrail regions in the first half of the month, +17â€¦+19 C in the second, which is higher than climate norms for 2-3 degree. +7â€¦+10 C is expected at nights and +11â€¦+15 C in the third ten-day. +18â€¦+23 C is expected in daytime, +26â€¦+31 C sometimes. Monthly rainfall is expected to be nearly climate norms (31-40 mm).

+10â€¦+13 C average monthly temperature is expected in Balakan-Shaki-Zagatala, Shamakhi-Ismailli, Khizi, Siyazan-Devechi, Guba-Gusar-Khachmaz regions in the first half of the month, +14â€¦+17 C in the second, which is higher than climate norms for 2-3 degree. The night temperature will be +6â€¦+9 C and +10â€¦+13 C in the third ten-day. +15â€¦+18 C is forecasted for the daytime, which will rise by +23â€¦+28 C sometimes. Monthly rainfall will be nearly climate norms (48-103 mm).

+15â€¦.+17 C average monthly temperature is forecasted in the Central Lowland regions â€“ Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Kurdamir, Imishli, Ali-Bayramli, Sabirabad, Bilasuvar, Salyan and Neftchala in the first half of the month, +18â€¦.+21 C in the second, which is higher than norms for 2-3 degree. It will be +9â€¦+11 C at nights and +13â€¦+15 C in the third ten-day. +20â€¦+25 C is forecasted for the daytime, which is expected to rise by +29â€¦+34 C sometimes. Monthly rainfall will be nearly climate norms (30-34 mm) and some higher.

+12â€¦+14 C is averagely forecasted for the Masalli-Lankaran-Astara-Lerik regions in the first half of the month, +15â€¦+18 C in the second, which is higher for 2-3 degree than norms. It will be +8â€¦.+10 C at nights, +12â€¦+14 C in the third ten-day, +18â€¦+23 C in daytime as it will rise by +25â€¦+28 C sometimes. Monthly rainfall is expected to be nearly climate norms (41-63 mm).
