It will sleet in some Azerbaijani regions on Novruz Holiday

South-west wind will blow in the evening on March 20, it will be followed by north-west wind at night and in the morning on March 21, maximum windspeed is expected to reach 18-23m/s. Deputy director of National Hydrometeorological Department of Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry Umayra Tagiyeva told APA that the weather is forecasted to change for a while, it will rain some regions and sleet in the mountainous regions on March 21. Compared with March 20, the temperature will fall by 3-5 degrees.

On March 20, the weather will be mainly rainless, south-west wind will blow, it will be followed by north-west wind in Baku and Absheron peninsula. The temperature will be 14â€¦ 17 C on March 20, 10â€¦ 12 C on March 21 and 11â€¦ 13 C on March 22.

It is expected to be rainless in Azerbaijani regions on March 20. On March 21, the weather will change for a while, it is predicted to rain in some regions and sleet in the mountainous regions. The weather will be rainless on March 22.

Mild weather forecasted in Absheron peninsula in the next few days will be mainly favorable for weather sensitive people.

Umayra Tagiyeva said from March 23 till March 25 the weather is forecasted to be unstable in the country.
