Changeable weather expected in Azerbaijan in March

Baku. Ilhama Isabalayevaâ€“APA. A changeable weather characteristic for the transmission period will dominate in Azerbaijanâ€™s territory in March. Mild weather will be replaced with the rainy days as a result of passage of cold atmospheric fronts, Deputy Director of the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources Umaira Tagiyeva told APA. Average monthly weather temperature in Azerbaijan in January is expected to be close to climate norms and one degree higher in some regions. Monthly rainfall is expected to be higher than climate norms and normal in some areas.

Average monthly weather temperature in Baku and Absheron peninsula is expected to be +6â€¦+8 C, which is normal and one degree higher than climate norm. In the nights the temperature will be +3â€¦+7 C, and +7â€¦+12 on the daytime and in the third decade of March the temperature will rise to +15â€¦+19 C. The monthly rainfall will be close to the climate norm (20-27 mm) and higher in some places.

In Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the average monthly weather temperature is expected to be +5â€¦+7 C and +9â€¦+13 C in the end of the month, which is normal and some higher than the climate norm. The temperature will be +2â€¦+7 C, on separate days -6â€¦.-1 C in the nights. The daytime temperature will be +9â€¦+14 C, on the separate days it will rise to +18â€¦+23 C.
Monthly rainfall will be normal (22-44 mm).

In the regions of Upper Karabakh â€“ Khankendi, Khojavand, Zangilan, Gubadli, Shusha, Khojali, Lachin, Kalbajar, Dashkasan-Gadabay, the temperature is expected to be +2â€¦+4 C, -5â€¦-2 C early in month and later +6â€¦+8 C. The average monthly temperature will normal and some higher than the climate norms. -6â€¦-1 C is expected in the nights, on the separate days it will down until -8 C. It is expected to be +1â€¦+5 C in the end of the month. The daytime temperature will be +5â€¦+10 C, in the first decade of the month -4â€¦0 C is expected and later the temperature will rise to +12â€¦+15 C. The monthly rainfall is expected to be nearly climate norm (41-52 mm) and higher in some places.

The average monthly temperature is predicted to be 4-6 C in Gazakh-Ganja, Terter, Aghdam-Fuzuli-Jabrayil, this is close to normal. The temperature will range between -1â€¦ +4 C at nights, +5â€¦+ 8 C in the third ten-day. The temperature will be +7â€¦ +12 C in the daytime and +15â€¦+18 C in the third ten-day. The monthly precipitation will be above normal (norm 19-28mm).

The average monthly temperature is predicted to be +3â€¦+5 C in Balaken-Shaki-Zagatala-Gabala, Shamakhy-Ismayilli, Khizi, Siyazan-Devechi, Guba-Gusar-Khachmaz. The temperature will be 0 â€¦-3 C at the beginning of the month and +6â€¦+8 C at the end of the month. The average monthly temperature will be close to normal. The temperature will range between -2â€¦ +3C at nights, +3â€¦+6 C in the first ten-day and +4â€¦+6 C in the third ten-day.

The temperature will be +5â€¦+10 C in the daytimes, in the third ten-day the temperature is predicted to rise by +12â€¦+17 C. The monthly precipitation will be close to normal and a little above normal (norm 24-90mm).

The average monthly temperature is forecasted to be +7â€¦+8 C in the Central Lowland regions â€“ Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Kurdamir, Imishli, Beylegan, Sabirabad, Saatli, Shirvan, Salyan, Neftchala, this is close to normal. The temperature will be +3â€¦+7 C at nights, +9â€¦+14 C in the daytimes, and rise by +16â€¦+20 C in the third ten-day. The monthly precipitation will be close to normal and a sometimes above normal (norm 24-45mm).

The average monthly temperature is forecasted to be +5â€¦+7 C in Masalli-Lankaran-Astara-Lerik-Yardimli, +8â€¦+10 C at the end of the month, this is close to normal and a little above. The temperature will be +2â€¦+6 C at nights, +8â€¦+13 C in the daytimes and sometimes +15â€¦+17 C. The monthly precipitation will be close to normal and a little above normal (norm 59-117mm).
