Film about the Azerbaijani soldier tortured and killed by Armenians presented

Baku. Kamala Guliyevaâ€“APA. â€œKarabakh is Azerbaijanâ€, filmed on the initiative of the State Commission for Prisoners, Hostages and Missing People, was presented at the Azerbaijan cinema house. The film was produced by the Cinealliance Company on the basis of documentary facts introduced by the State Commission.
Secretary of the commission Shahin Sailov said the film, written by Altay Safarov and directed by Elkhan Jafarov, was dedicated to Farhad Atakishiyev, who was tortured and killed by the Armenian aggressors, and in his name, to all native sons, who showed heroism in Nagorno Karabakh conflict. â€œWe see from the documents that despite tortures in hostage, there are native sons, who insist in the indivisibility of Azerbaijan. Farhad Atakishiyev was one of the 22 heroes, who battled against 300 Armenian militants in Kerkicahan Village. Farhad was wounded seriously and taken hostage, where he was tortured every day. Armenians told him if he said â€œKarabakh is Armenianâ€ they would left him in peace. But Farhad insisted â€œKarabakh is Azerbaijanâ€ until the last breath. There were signs of 72 deadly tortures on his body.
