Weather gets cold, intensive rainfall and sleet expected in Azerbaijan

The temperature will drop for 7-8 degree and rainy weather is expected in the country in the next three days, Senior Hydrologist of the Weather Center of the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Asif Verdiyev told APA.
The weather will be rainy in the regions of Azerbaijan on November 8-10 and intensive rainfall and sleet is expected in some regions, particularly mountainous areas. The temperature will be 2-7 C in the night, 10-15 C in daytime, successively 3-6 C and 9-10 C in the mountains on November 8 and 12-16 C in daytime, 2-7 C in the night, 0-3 C and 3-7 in the mountains on November 9-10. The rainfall will stop gradually in the western regions on November 10.
A rainy weather is expected in Baku and Absheron peninsula in the next three days. Contrasting weather changes accompanied by the high atmosphere pressure, strong northern wind and 5-7 degree temperature fall are expected in Absheron on November 7-9. Such conditions are not friendly for the weather-sensitive people.
