Baku. Laura Jabrayilli â€“APA. International Telecommunication Union (ITU) issued rating of world countries for a number of Internet users. Internet usage research was conducted in 198 countries and specified a number of Internet users per 100 people in every country. Sources at the Institute of Information Technologies of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences told APA that New Zealand takes first place in the rating list. The number of Internet users per 100 people in this country is 79.3. The second place belongs to Iceland. Azerbaijan takes 120th place in this list. According to ITU, only 5.16 per 100 are Internet users in Azerbaijan. Armenia is in 124th place (5.03 per 100). Tajikistan is at the bottom of the rating list. Only 0.007 per 100 are Internet users in this country.
