Shirinzadeh said the program covering the period by 2016 includes establishment of space industry facilities, production of some devices in the country, training of personnel etc.
“As far as I know the draft program has been approved by the government and awaits confirmation,†he said.
Director Generak of the National Aerospace Agency said there are proposals to launch sounding satellite into the low earth orbit, underlined that it can be realized in the coming years.
