Shaki. Vugar Heydarov – APA. On March 28, Head of the OSCE Office in Baku Koray Targay visited Shaki within his working trip to Azerbaijan’s regions, Shaki city officials told APA. Koray Targay was first informed about the activity of Shaki city’s police and met employees of the law-enforcement agencies.
Then the diplomat visited Human Rights Resource Center and answered questions of the representatives of the press. At the meeting with the city officials, head of the local executive power Elkhan Usubov gave information in details to the guest about the city’s history, culture, economy, ancient silkworm husbandry traditions, construction and reconstruction works.
