Precipitation to stop in Azerbaijanâ€™s territory from tomorrow, temperature to rise

Department chief of Prognosis Bureau of the National Hydrometeorological Department Republic of Azerbaijan Gurshad Mammadova told APA that on March 18, the weather will be changeable cloudy, mostly rainless in Baku and Absheron peninsula. South-west wind will sometimes strengthen. The temperature will be 0â€¦-2 C at night and 5-9 C in the daytime.

Mainly rainless weather is forecasted in the region on March 18. It will be foggy in some places at night and in the morning. South-west wind blow, it will intensify in mountainous regions during daytime hours. The temperature will be -2â€¦3 C at night, 9-14 C in the daytime; in the mountains -7â€¦-12 C at night and -10â€¦-15 C in the daytime. Minimum temperature in high mountain areas is expected to be -10â€¦-15.

Mammadova noted that on March 19-20, the temperature in Baku and Absheron peninsula will be 1-4 C at night and 10-15 C in the daytime. On March 19-20, it will be 12-17 C in the daytime in lowland regions and 9-14 C in the mountains.
