Baku. Kamala Guliyeva – APA. “322 persons studied abroad through the State Program from 2008 up to now. No serious difficulties have been recorded in returning of the persons who studied through the State Program,” Deputy Minister of Education Gulu Novruzov told APA. He said the persons, who studied abroad through the State Program, signed Compulsory Service Obligation with the Education Ministry.

“It means that their education is sponsored by the state. Even if they are offered a good job in the countries where they studied, the migration services of these countries will not give them permission to work without the consent of the sponsor. If the Education Ministry, which finances their education on behalf of the Azerbaijani government, will not give permission, they can not stay in these countries. This process is not so simple as claimed by some persons,” he said.
