The Ministry of Economic Development said in a statement that about 6.3 tons of expired food products, including confectionery, sausages, oil, milk, mushroom and other canned products were found in stores and withdrawn from sale and burned.

The list of supermarkets include Asif Market, Emirvari Market, Sherur Market, Orkhan-M Market, NV Market, Yahsil Market, Real Market, Konul Market, ASP Market, Deniz Market, Tebrik Wedding Palace, Gahab Marke (in Baku), a grocery of m Aliyeva in Goygol and a grocery of M.Mammadova in Sumgait;

At the same time, 19.5 tons of fake cement was found at a trade outlet in Khachmaz.

Protocols on administrative violations were prepared against 3 legal entities and 15 individuals.

13 legal entities were fined AZN 48 500 and 62 individuals were fined AZN 92 400 since the start of monitoring since May 17.
