36 Azerbaijanis living in Russia enter famous higher schools

Moscow. R. Metleboglu â€“ APA. Admission commission under the All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress publicized the results of the higher school examination of Azerbaijani citizens living in Russia, APAâ€™s correspondent in Moscow reports. Chairman of the admission commission, head of the education committee of All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress Tofig Malikli said 122 applied for 128 vacancies in various universities of Russia. About 20 of the vacancies are in Moscow higher schools, the rest in higher schools in the regions. According to the results of the exam, 36 Azerbaijanis living in Russia entered the famous higher schools of the country. Their documents have already been sent to Azerbaijan State Student Admission Commission. After the results are confirmed, the documents will be sent back to Russian Ministry of Education and Science.

Tofig Malikli said the Azerbaijanis living in Russia entered such higher schools Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics, Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy, Moscow State University of Languages, St. Petersburg State University, Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. The minimum point in the test was 200 and maximum 600 points. Some entrants gained 565-570 points.
