72-year old person applies for civil service

Baku. Kamala Guliyeva - APA. 2822 people applied for 639 vacancies in 29 governmental organizations tendered by the Civil Service Commission under the President of Azerbaijan. 623 of them (22%) are women, press service of the Commission told APA. The youngest applicant is 20, and the oldest one is 72.
The Commission also determined the most required governmental organizations. According to the statistics, most of candidates applied for the Ministry of Economic Development (801 candidates for 83 places), State Committee for Public Property Control (328 candidates for 98 places), Ministry of Labor and Social Protection (255 candidates for 78 places), Ministry of Education (229 candidates for 62 places) and Ministry of Youth and Sport (144 candidates for 49 places). 62 % of the candidates applied for those organizations.
The examination cards will be given on April 21-24 and the examination will take place on April 25.
The applications for 23 vacancies tendered by the State Commission for Student Admission on March 20 will be received until April 18.
