Sustainable development is not possible without quality education, said Vladanka Andreeva, the UN Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan, at an event held on the topic “Investing in Education for Azerbaijan’s Sustainable Development,” APA reports.
“Today, the 7th SDG Dialogue is focused on education. This Dialogue coincides with the 80th anniversary of the UN. Our mission remains unchanged: to promote peace and partnership for all. The SDG Dialogues support the spirit of our partnerships. They allow us to share our ideas. From now on, the SDG Dialogues will continue to serve as a reliable platform,” the UN official noted.
According to her, the next phase of the “Investing in Education for Azerbaijan’s Sustainable Development” program will cover the years 2026–2030. One of the main directions of this program will also be education.
