According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on “Changing the order of work and rest days,” due to Victory Day (November 8) and State Flag Day (November 9), the last working day for educational institutions operating on a six-day work week will be November 7, and work will resume on November 11, APA reports, citing the Agency for Preschool and General Education (MÜTDA).
For educational institutions operating on a five-day work week, the last working day will also be November 7, and work will resume after the holidays on November 12.
Additionally, according to the Cabinet of Ministers’ decision “On the approval of the duration of the academic year in general education institutions,” the autumn break in general education schools will be from November 16 to 20, with the first school day after the break on November 21.
