The certification process and interview stage for educators for 2025 has been completed, the Preschool and General Education State Agency told APA.
Among the teachers who participated in the certification exam, 6,628 individuals scored 51 points or higher. The salaries of teachers who achieved this result will be increased by 35 percent.
Additionally, 11,316 participants achieved scores between 30 and 50 points, and these teachers will receive a 10 percent salary increase.
Training sessions will be organized for the 3,129 teachers who did not succeed in or did not participate in the test and interview stages.
