We plan to closely cooperate with Garabagh University, said Sayasat Nurbek, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in his statement to journalists.
"We have been holding meetings in Baku since yesterday. In all the meetings, as well as at this roundtable, we received very warm relations. We want to closely cooperate with Garabagh University. We are all Turkic states, and Garabagh University is our common value. We would love to have Kazakh professors, teachers, and students at this university. At the same time, we are planning the exchange of Garabagh University students to Kazakh higher education institutions," the Kazakh minister said.
