The 7th Turkology Summer School of the Turkic States, co-organized by Garabagh University, the International Turkic Academy, and the Turkish Academy of Sciences with the support of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Science and Education, will be held in Khankendi from August 10 to 17, APA reports.
The program will focus on the history, archaeology, language, and literature of the Turkic world.
The main objective of the summer school is to enhance the participants' theoretical and practical knowledge, develop scientific research skills, and foster new opportunities for academic cooperation.
The event is open to graduate students and scholars under the age of 35 engaged in Turkish history, history of Turkish thought and art, Turkish language and literature, anthropology, cultural studies, and archaeology. All expenses will be covered by the organizers.
