On the occasion of the Day of Knowledge on September 15, events were held at Secondary School No. 4 named after Nizami Ganjavi in the city of Khankendi, Secondary School No. 1 in the City of Khojaly, Ballija village secondary school, as well as in the village secondary schools of Hasanriz, Vangli, Sugovushan, and Talish in the Aghdara district, the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in Khankendi city, Aghdara, and Khojaly districts told APA’s Karabakh bureau.
This year, 98 students enrolled in the first grade at Khankendi City Secondary School No. 4, which now has a total of 1,035 students and 35 teachers.
At Khojaly City School No. 1, 14 students have enrolled in the first grade this year, with a total of 116 students studying at the school. In Ballija village secondary school in Khojaly, 7 students joined the first grade, bringing the school’s total enrollment to 168. Village schools in the Aghdara district have also welcomed the new academic year with enthusiasm.
The new academic year has also been welcomed with joy in the village schools of Aghdara district.
At Hasanriz village secondary school, 3 students joined the first grade this year, with a total of 54 students enrolled. Vangli village school welcomed 2 first-graders (total 41 students), Sugovushan village secondary school enrolled 8 first-graders (total 90 students), and Talish village secondary school admitted 4 first-graders (total 36 students).
