Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev delivered a speech at the QS Eurasia Forum held in the city of Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan, organized by the global ranking agency “Quacquarelli Symonds” (QS) and hosted by the University of Central Asia, the Ministry of Science and Education told APA.
It was stated that during the speech, information was provided about internationalization and scientific-research opportunities in our country, including the measures implemented to increase the global competitiveness of higher education institutions.
Additionally, within the framework of the forum, a “round table” was organized with the participation of ministers and deputy ministers in the relevant field, as well as the leadership of leading universities.
During the “round table,” discussions were held on topics such as institutional performance indicators of higher education institutions, employment outcomes, and sustainability in higher education.
It was noted that several leading higher education institutions of Azerbaijan are also represented at the forum with a delegation.
