The financing procedure for the implementation of international dual degree programs will be approved, APA reports.
This is reflected in the Presidential Order titled “On additional measures to enhance the international competitiveness of the higher education system of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” signed by President Ilham Aliyev.
According to the Order, the Cabinet of Ministers must, within four months, approve the selection procedure for foreign partner higher education institutions where international dual degree programs will be implemented, the education programs by specialties, and education levels, and report to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The Cabinet must also approve the financing procedure for the implementation of international dual degree programs and report to the President, as well as approve the action plan for the implementation of these programs and inform the President.
