Baku. Mubariz Aslanov - APA. Chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office (CMO) Sheikh-ul-Islam Haji Allahshukur Pashazadeh has left for Ufa city, the capital of the Russian republic of Bashkortostan to attend the 8th International Scientific-Practical Conference on the Islamic ideals and values on education of the 21st century, which will be held on October 22-23.
Pashazadeh, who also co-chairs the CIS Inter-religious Council, will give a lecture at the conference.
As a part of the event, the CMO chairman is scheduled to have several meetings.
The visit took place at the invitation of chief mufti of Russia's Central Spiritual Board of Muslims Talgat Tajuddin.
