Caucasian Muslims Board: â€˜First day of Ramadan month falls on July 10, July 9 is an evening of intentâ€™

According to the fatwa, the first day of Ramadan month falls on July 10 on Hijri calendar. The evening of intent (An-Niyyah) falls on July 9.

Azerbaijan will celebrate Ramadan holiday on August 8-9. According to the schedule made by CMB, Lailatul Qadr' (Nights of Power) falls on the nights of 18-19, 20-21, 22-23 of Ramadan.

CMB called everyone to be patient during holy month of Ramadan and do good in the way of Allah. Currently, Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazadeh is holding an event in connection with the fatwa.
