He said that it is too early to speak about it, as he has been newly elected as Pope: “However, the new Pope has demonstrated that he is open to dialogue with Muslim countries. Probably this will have a positive impact on Vatican-Azerbaijan relations.”

Marek Solczynski highly-estimated the conference in Baku: “Such events allow bringing together the representatives of all religious confessions from different countries and it serves to the tolerance and mutual co-operation in the societies.”
