It has been known why â€œJehovah’s Witnessesâ€ religious community demands compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage from State Committee on Work with Religious Associations. Press service of the SCWRA told APA that a part of the books, which â€œJehovah’s Witnessesâ€ wanted to bring to the country, was not allowed to the country, since they were harmful: â€œFor this purpose, they appealed to the court. At present, judicial process is being continued.â€

Baku Administrative-Economic Court No1 didnâ€™t sustain the religious communityâ€™s claim. At present, Baku Court of Appeal is considering the case.
