On November 18, a phone talk was held between Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov and his Georgian counterpart Irakli Garibashvili, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers told APA.
It was noted that during the phone talk the heads of state congratulated each other on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Georgia.
During the phone talk, development prospects of the relations in political, economic, transport, energy, and humanitarian were also discussed.
Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili once again invited Prime Minister Ali Asadov to visit Georgia in connection with the next meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation in Tbilisi in December of this year. Confidence was expressed that the visit will be useful in terms of reviewing issues on the agenda of Azerbaijan-Georgia cooperation.
