"As a result of the implementation of the Black Sea submarine cable project, the electricity systems of Romania, Azerbaijan and Hungary will be connected. Garibashvili noted that Georgia, as a reliable transit partner, was one of the main transit links in the transportation of hydrocarbon resources of the Caspian basin to the West.
"Implementation of this project opens new opportunities for the development of strategic partnership among our countries," said Garibashvili.
