Allocating AZN 3 bln. is envisaged for expenditures of reconstruction and restoration of the liberated areas next year, according to the opinion of the Chamber of Accounts on the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2023, APA reports.
The opinion notes that it is AZN 821,6 mln. or 37,7 %, more in comparison to the implementation of 2021, and AZN 330 mln. or 12,4 % more compared with the forecast of 2022. According to the initial distribution of those costs (without taking into account the distribution of additional funds in the amount of 470 million manats allocated according to the Presidential Decree of July 4, 2022), 20 of the 68 projects implemented by the customer organization in the current year, and the implementation of 48 is planned to continue in 2023.
