Names of three villages in Azerbaijan’s Guba district to be changed

The names of three villages in the Guba district are being changed, APA reports.

This is reflected in the draft law “On the Renaming of Certain Territorial Units of the Guba District,” which was submitted for discussion at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Regional Issues.

According to the draft, Vladimirovka village, which is part of the Vladimirovka village administrative territorial district, will be renamed Elbir village, and the Vladimirovka village administrative territorial district will be considered the Elbir village administrative territorial district.

Alekseyevka village, which is part of the Alekseyevka village administrative territorial district, will be renamed Chinarli village, Timiryazev village will be renamed Bahrali village, and the Alekseyevka village administrative territorial district will be considered the Chinarli village administrative territorial district.
