Free shuttle services launched in Baku
# 06 July 2026 12:39 (UTC +04:00)

Free shuttle services have been launched to provide access to public catering facilities, recreational areas, and parking lots located in areas of the capital where vehicle movement has been restricted, the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA) told APA-Economics.

One of the new shuttles, the C1 minibus, connects Khagani Garden with the end of Zarifa Aliyeva Street, while the C2 minibus links Sabir Garden with the end of Aziz Aliyev Street.

The shuttles operate at intervals of 7–10 minutes to ensure convenient and efficient transportation for passengers.

Note that the newly introduced shuttles are environmentally friendly vehicles and are intended to promote the principles of sustainable urban mobility.

This initiative, in addition to supporting a pedestrian-oriented and accessible urban environment in the city center, creates additional opportunities for visitors to move around comfortably.

Note that, at this stage, the shuttles will operate only on weekends and public holidays from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
