Chamber of Accounts has discovered investment and procurement violations at "Azerenergy", APA-Economics reports.
During the audit conducted by the Chamber of Accounts at Azerenergy OJSC, serious shortcomings were identified in the implementation of state investments, the efficiency of projects and procurement.
The audit covered the years 2022-2024 and a total of more than 255.8 million manats were audited.
The Chamber of Accounts also noted numerous procedural violations in the procurement process. Tender documents were not formalized in accordance with regulatory requirements, and gaps were identified in the activities of the tender commission and financial management.
