Last year, 778,348.3 thousand manats of cargo and passenger transportation in the Azerbaijani part of the Europe-Caucasus-Asia transport corridor were obtained, which is 35.6% more than the previous year, the State Statistics Committee told APA-Economics.
The mentioned indicator was AZN 573 797,6 thousand in 2021.
According to the information, during the reporting period, in the Azerbaijan part of the Europe-Caucasus-Asia transport corridor, AZN 734 912,5 thousand was obtained from freight transportation, AZN 43 435,8 thousand from passenger transportation, which is 36,1% and 27,9% more in annual comparison respectively.
